The NFL fined Titans DE Kyle Vanden Bosch $5,000 for hitting Colts QB Peyton Manning low in Week Five, multiple media outlets reported Thursday.

Vanden Bosch received a roughing the passer penalty on Manning late in the second quarter of Sunday's game. The Colts went on to score a touchdown to extend their lead to 21-9 at halftime and pulled away to win by a 31-9 margin. Manning has said he suffered a left knee injury on the play.

Vanden Bosch, 30, has 13 tackles and no sacks this season.
