Eagles head coach Andy Reid said Wednesday that QB Donovan McNabb — whom Reid called “one of the all-time greats” — and RB Brian Westbrook will return to start Sunday against the Buccaneers.

McNabb, who suffered a broken rib against the Panthers in Week One, has sat out the past two games. He will wear extra padding and says the injury only hurts when he is “laughing, coughing (or) sleeping on (his) side.”

Westbrook has been bothered a knee injury and has played sparingly, sitting out the Week Three game against the Chiefs.
