Eagles QB Donovan McNabb returned to practice Monday and was reportedly throwing the ball well. He is expected to start Sunday's home game against the Buccaneers.
McNabb missed two games after fracturing a rib in the team's season opener, having been replaced by Kevin Kolb, who went 1-1 as a starter.
RB Brian Westbrook, who missed the team's last game with a knee injury, also was back at practice Monday, the club's first since its bye week.
