An already-depleted Bills team suffered yet another setback Friday when head coach Dick Jauron confirmed that the team would be without starting OLT Demetrius Bell on Sunday. Bell, a 2008 seventh-round pick of the Bills, will be held out of the team's Week Four matchup against the Dolphins with a groin injury. Jonathan Scott will switch over from the right side to take Bell's spot on QB Trent Edwards' blind side, while Kirk Chambers will come off the bench to play right tackle. Jauron also announced that DT John McCargo will miss a second straight game with a calf injury, leaving the Bills with just two healthy DTs for the game — Marcus Stroud and Spencer Johnson. Buffalo's injuries in the secondary also may be an area of concern, with CB Leodis McKelvin on injured reserve and FS Bryan Scott and SS Donte Whitner sitting out Week Four, as well.
