Most NFL wide receivers start to gradually run out of gas once they surpass the age of 30. But at the age of 34, Donald Driver is still going strong for the Packers. And word is, the odds are strong that Driver, who we're told is probably in better physical shape than any player on the team, will continue to be an integral part of the Green Bay offense at the age of 35 — despite a projected $7 million cap number and younger WRs Jordy Nelson and James Jones breathing down his neck. While he has had his share of drops, Driver entered the third week of the 2009 campaign performing better than any of the team's other receivers, including No. 1 WR Greg Jennings, who had gotten off to an uncharacteristically uneven start. Continuing to run every route like it's his last, while appearing more physically fit than ever, Driver says he intends to play until he's 40. Daily team observers like his chances.
