Two days after making a major contribution to the Texans' hard-fought 34-31 victory over the Titans in Nashville, Texans WR Jacoby Jones pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated in a 2008 traffic incident.

Jones was in his car but stopped in a downtown Houston traffic lane when he was arrested on March 16, 2008. He was ordered by a judge in Houston on Tuesday to spend one year in a diversion program for first-time DWI offenders. Completion of the program could lead to dismissal of the case.

The third-year player from Lane had two catches for 73 yards, including a 29-yard TD reception, in helping Houston score a huge divisional victory over Tennessee.
