A report Monday says that medical tests showed Seahawks QB Matt Hasselbeck has a fractured rib. Hasselbeck was knocked out of Sunday's loss at San Francisco in the first half after getting hit hard. He did not return.

It's yet to be determined if the injury will cost Hasselbeck more time or if it's something he can play with.

He is the second starting quarterback of the season to suffer a fractured rib, joining Eagles QB Donovan McNabb, who was injured Week One and missed the Eagles' Week Two loss to the Saints.
