Chargers QB Philip Rivers was fined $7,500 for an unsportsmanlike-conduct penalty in the team's Monday-night win over Oakland, NFL Network is reporting.

Rivers was penalized for taunting Raiders DT Gerard Warren in the third quarter of that game.

NFL Network also is reporting that the league fined Rams OL Richie Incognito $12,500 for two personal-foul penalties against Seattle; Cardinals S Adrian Wilson $10,000 for unnecessary roughness on a pass play in which he hit 49ers TE Vernon Davis; Eagles OLs Stacey Andrews and Jamaal Jackson, TEs Brent Celek and Alex Smith, and WRs DeSean Jackson and Kevin Curtis $10,000 each for unsportsmanlike conduct when they participated in a prohibited demonstration; and Redskins WR Santana Moss and Giants CB Corey Webster $5,000 each for striking each other in the head during their Sunday game.

PFW has launched its brand-new NFL Draft Newsletter series, with the first issue now ready for mailing. Produced by PFW's player personnel department under the direction of Nolan Nawrocki, the series consists of four information-packed issues.
